Defense Sambo (CFS)

The Defense Sambo is the discipline that comes closest to the original taught to the members of the military Sambo and police forces in order to fight effectively against all attack forms.

The Defense Sambo is based on real situations, which gives it tremendous efficiency. It contains a vast technical full arsenal where mingles feet / fists strikes, dodges, parades, projections, submission techniques, ground work and defense against weapons of all kinds (knife, stick, truncheon...)

The Defense Sambo is also a technical expression discipline in couple, thus subject to a sporting regulations.

Held

• Kurtka (jacket) blue or red
• White pants
• Inserted belt in the jacket of the same color as the jacket and shorts or grade
• Soft shoes (rigid sole prohibited)
